Estou com quase 5 meses. Apesar de achar que estou a ter uma gravidez normal e sem sobressaltos sinto que devia estar mais acompanhada. Além do ácido fólico não estou a tomar mais nada. E sei de grávidas que tomam mil e umas vitaminas, magnésio, etc... O meu namorado diz que se o médico não me receita é porque acha que eu não preciso. De qualquer forma na próxima consulta vou falar do assunto com o médico.

Não te preocupes com isso. Inicialmente também só tomei o Folifer. Só depois das análises acusarem anemia é que iniciei o suplemento de ferro. Qto ao magnésio, a minha médica receitou-me mas disse para tomá-lo apenas se tiver contracções ou cãibras.
Eu às 33 semanas , tomei apenas ácido fólico e agora também ferro.
As vitaminas são necessárias se tiveres anemia ou se em analises que faças se veja que necessitas de algum suplemento. Quanto ao Magnésio , é prescrito quando tems dores nos ossos , eu não tomo , porque o magnésio é tendencioso a fazer a mãe engordar, e eu não posso por conselho médico.
